   Active Agents, AA, operate a best practice business model. Their recruitment and retention process is robust and extensive with competency assessments and great staff engagement and retention. AA were instrumental in identifying a water leak in one of our investment properties that would have led to a very significant incident if it wasn’t attended to. Rick, Tara’s contractor did an excellent job in rectifying this issue. AA provides a great balance in being fair to both tenants and landlords. They often exhibit kindness and compassion and courtesy which explains their very high google rating. Thanks AA for the peace of mind and great property management skills and execution.
