Apply for a Rental Property
At Active Agents, we’re dedicated to making your next move a success. Applying for a rental property is straightforward, and we offer two convenient methods to suit your preferences.
Option 1: Apply Online via Tenant Options
Tenant Options is our preferred platform for rental applications. It’s a free, secure, and efficient way to apply for multiple properties using a single Renter Profile.
Steps to Apply:
1. Create your Renter Profile:
- Visit Tenant Options and click on “Sign Up”
- Complete your profile with your details
- Submit reference requests to your referees
2. Apply for a Property
- Once your profile is complete, search for the desired property
- Click “Apply for a Property” and follow the prompts
- Ensure you add all tenants who are 18+ as additional applicants
- You will receive an email confirmation upon submission
Tips
- Gather your referee’s contact information before starting – you do not need to wait until they have completed their reference
- Upload clear copies of your supporting documents
- You can save your details and apply for multiple properties without the need for re-entering all your information

Option 2: Download and Submit a PDF Application Form
If you prefer, you can download our rental application form, complete it, and submit it via email.
Steps to Apply:

2. Complete the Application Form
- Fill in all required fields accurately
- Ensure all applicants over 18 years old complete and sign a form individually.
3. Gather Supporting Documents
- Ensure that all supporting documents are provided in a clear and legible state.
4. Submit Your Application
Email the completed form and supporting documents to info@activeagents.com.au
