At Active Agents, we believe that being part of the Fraser Coast community means more than just doing business here—it means giving back, supporting local causes, and standing (or in this case, floating high above the ground!) with those who make a real difference. That’s why we’re thrilled to support Fraser Coast Hospice through the Hoist Ya Boss 2025 fundraiser!
Our very own principal, Tara, has bravely volunteered to take part in this incredible event, where local leaders are hoisted high into the sky in a cherry picker—all in the name of charity. But there’s a catch… she won’t be coming down until she raises at least $3,000!
Why We’re Supporting Fraser Coast Hospice
Fraser Coast Hospice provides fee-free inpatient palliative care to community members over 18 who have a terminal illness. Their compassionate and professional care ensures that people facing life’s most difficult moments receive the dignity, comfort, and support they deserve. While they receive some government funding, they need to raise one-third of their $2.17 million annual operating costs to continue serving our community.
This is where we all come in.
As a local business, we know the importance of standing behind causes that truly matter. Fraser Coast Hospice provides an essential service for families in need, and it’s our turn to help them keep their doors open. We are incredibly proud to support Tara as she takes fundraising to new heights (literally!), and we’re calling on our amazing friends, family, clients, and fellow businesses to join us in this effort.

What Happens on Event Day?
On the big day, Fraser Coast’s boldest bosses will be hoisted high into the sky in cherry pickers and scissor lifts, where they’ll stay until they hit their individual fundraising targets. Tara’s goal is $3,000—but with your help, we know she can soar past that (just hopefully not too much higher)!
The event aims to raise $60,000 in total for Fraser Coast Hospice, and every dollar makes a difference. There will be fantastic community support on-site, with Blandy from 103.5 Triple M Fraser Coast, Handy Hire, and the Beach House Hotel backing the event.
So, let’s rally together! Tara is up for the challenge, but we don’t want her enjoying the view for too long. Let’s show her the power of community support and bring her back to earth—while making a real impact for Fraser Coast Hospice.
