  • Property Inspection: To ensure you find the right fit, it’s important to inspect the property. You can do this through physical visits, virtual tours, or video inspections. Even if you can’t be present in person, you can rely on our virtual tour and photos to make an informed decision.
  • Individual Applications: Remember, each intended occupant over the age of 18 should submit a separate and complete application. This ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant.
  • Identification Requirements: Make sure to upload all required points of identification, totalling 100 points, with items from different categories. For each applicant, at least one form of photo identification is necessary. You can easily scan and attach your documents or take clear photos for attachment.
