Tahlia Chapman

Tahlia Chapman was born in Lismore, NSW, and moved to Hervey Bay at the age of five, where she has spent most of her life. After attending Kawungan State School for her primary education, she began her high school journey at Urangan State High School.

Tahlia has always been drawn to teamwork and thrives in environments that require both collaboration and independence. The dynamic nature of the real estate industry, which offers continuous learning opportunities and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives, is what ultimately attracted her to this profession. With excellent communication skills, Tahlia enjoys helping others through the often-complex processes of property management.

Her decision to join Active Agents was influenced by the positive reputation of the team and company, which she heard through former employers, online reviews, and a good friend who worked there. Since joining, Tahlia has enjoyed performing routine inspections, conducting entry and exit reports, attending home viewings, and meeting prospective tenants. The variety in her role keeps her busy, engaged, and always learning.

In her spare time, Tahlia enjoys spending quality moments with her partner, Tristan, and catching up with friends. Whether it’s going out for a nice lunch or dinner, hitting the gym, or getting organised for the week ahead, she makes the most of her downtime.
